Calendar Integration

Overview

This calendar integration feature enables you to view date-related data about your assets or inventory from your own calendar application.

Calendar integration is available for some Services. Where available, you will see the Calendar Integration option under the Options menu on the tables.

Setting up a calendar integration

On the Calendar Integration page, choose the available Service.

Choose where the app should find the date. You may need to set up a Data Capture field with a “date” Answer Type.

Choose your timezone, and enable the calendar to be active.

Integrating with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook

After submitting the form, you will receive a URL and instructions on how to subscribe or add it to your calendar. e.g on Google or Outlook.
