Setting up your account

Follow these simple steps to get started.

  1. Install and set up the smartphone app for iOS or Android devices. Use it to scan barcodes or NFC tags, and capture extra data about the scanned item.
  2. Choose the service you intend to use. Services are features on the app that enable you to accomplish a task. For example, manage assets or inventory.
  3. Customize the Data Capture fields. Data Capture is simply a collection of custom fields that can be used to collect data about assets, inventories or processes.
  4. Add data to your account that corresponds to the service you are using.
