Services are features on the app that enable you to accomplish a task.
The data collected on each Service can be customized using the Data Capture features.
Below is a description of what the services do.
Asset Services – for managing fixed assets
- Asset Tagging – this feature enables you to add or register assets to the platform. It also gives an overview of all the assets at the current time.
- Asset Check-out – this feature enables you to record, and view details of assets that have been loaned out.
- Asset Check-in – this feature enables you to record and view details of assets that have been returned.
- Asset Maintenance – this feature enables you to record faults and, and view other maintenance issues.
- Asset Reservation – this feature enables you to stop assets from being checked out within a given time frame.
- Asset Audits – this feature enables you to record the current status of all the assets.
Choose the Asset Services for things that have a long term value, and where tracking of movement or status is important.
Inventory Services – for managing consumable supplies
- Record Inventory – (inventory tagging) this feature enables you to add or register inventories to the platform. It also gives an overview of all the inventories at the current time.
- Increase Inventory – this feature enables you to increase quantities, weights, etc, and view what has been increased.
- Reduce Inventory – this feature enables you to reduce quantities, weights, etc, and view what has been reduced.
- Transfer Inventory – this feature enables you to record the movement of inventories from one location to another.
- Stock-taking – this feature enables you to record total counts of the inventories
- Inventory Bundles – this feature enables you to group inventories with various quantities, weights, etc, that need to incremented or decremented together each time as a single unit.
Choose the Inventory Services for things that need to be replenished, and where tracking of quantity, weight, etc, changes from time to time.
Delivery Services – for managing inbound our outbound deliveries
- Goods Received – this feature enables you to record purchase order items’ conditions, status, etc, as they are received.
- Goods Dispatched – this feature enables you to record delivery details for outgoing goods.
- Delivery Status – this feature enables you to update the status of delivered goods.
Work In Progress (WIP) Services – for tracking phased processes
- WIP setup – this feature enables you to record details about processes/tasks that need to be tracked.
- WIP update – this feature enables you to update the status of the work in progress.
